I'm Sara Sancho, a Kundalini yoga instructor, artisan, and founder of Mímate. In this wellness space, I combine my passion for balance and nature. My yoga journey has taught me to recognize beauty and the sacred in the everyday, and how small rituals can transform daily life.

Mímate is located in the Ambroz Valley, in Hervás, a corner of Extremadura surrounded by mountains and ancient forests that inspire every creation, product, and experience I share. The nature that surrounds me guides my vision, my creative processes, and the way I support those seeking well-being.

In this space, I design handcrafted jewelry using the Japanese Miyuki technique, renowned for its precision, quality, and delicacy. Each piece arises from attention to detail and a desire to reflect simplicity, authenticity, and harmony.

My intention is to invite those who visit me to reconnect with themselves, find moments of calm and take with them a small reminder of serenity and balance; a conscious act that combines creativity, patience and sensitivity, and that is born from the heart of this space of care and presence.
