At MIMATÉ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Period

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return, in accordance with current legislation.

Conditions for Returns

• The products must be unused and in their original packaging.
• They must retain all labels and accessories.
• The product must not show signs of use or wear.

How to Make a Return

Refunds

Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Shipping Costs

The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of a defective product or a shipping error.
