Origin and cultivation:
Our Colombia Supremo is grown and harvested in the Huila coffee-growing region, where it can grow freely in isolated, shaded plantations, far from any external influence. The careful cultivation of the coffee cherries and the use of fresh, pure mountain water guarantee absolute gourmet quality. “Ceiba” is the name of a tree that grows in the Huila region, a member of the Bombacoideae subfamily of woolly plants. These trees, with their large, palm-like leaves, provide the necessary shade for the coffee plants.
