Instructions:

Ideal for breakfast or as an energizing tea throughout the day. Its strong character makes it excellent to drink on its own or with milk, in the English style. Rich in caffeine, it's perfect for starting the day with vigor.

Instructions for use:

Use 1 teaspoon (2–3 g) per cup (250 ml). Pour water at 95 °C and let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes. It can be taken alone or with milk, according to preference.
